This Wine Press can make about 3 gallons of juice with each pressing (depends on type and amount of fruit). It features a cast iron ratchet, steel base, 8 wood pressing blocks, 2 discs and hardwood 16 quart basket with approximately 50 lb pulp capacity. It has the abilitly to be bolted down for extra leverage.
